RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE and ACCEPT the results of the March 3, 2020 Primary Election as recommended by the County Clerk-Recorder and Registrar; and DECLARE the candidates elected shown on the attached report and on file in the Contra Costa Elections Division.

Elections Code section 15372 requires the Elections Official to prepare a Certified Statement of Results of the election and submit to the Governing Body within 30 days of the election. Elections Code section 15400 requires the Governing Body to declare elected to each office, the persons who was elected as listed on the attached document.
