FISCAL IMPACT:

BACKGROUND:

On July 9, 2019, the Board of Supervisors approved Novation Contract #74–218–17 with Desarrollo Familiar, Inc. (dba Familias Unidas) for the period from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020, which included a six-month automatic extension through December 31, 2020, for the provision of community based mental health services for children and their families in West Contra Costa County.
