RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2020/71 approving the Parcel Map for minor subdivision MS11-00001, for project being developed by James and Barbara DeFremery, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Knightsen area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS11-00001 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Parcel Map will not be approved and recorded.
