5.   CONSIDER accepting the 2018/19 annual report from the Public Works Director on the Internal Services Fund and status of the County's Vehicle Fleet.  (Carlos Velasquez, Fleet Services Manager)

6.   CONSIDER accepting and approving the 2018-2020 Triennial Review Phase III Report and recommendations.  (Emlyn Struthers, Clerk of the Board's Office)
 
7.   CONSIDER consenting to transfer to the Airports Committee the Board referral of screening and recommending candidates for appointment to the Airport Land Use Commission.  (Julie DiMaggio Enea, IOC Staff)
 
8.    The April 13, 2020 meeting was canceled.  A special meeting is scheduled for April 6, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
