RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2018/101 approving the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for minor subdivision MS16-0004, for project being developed by Gary and Cherl Spitz, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

No fiscal impact

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS16-0004 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Parcel Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded.
