CONSIDER receiving an update on the status of Reentry Strategic and AB109 Operational Plan updates and approving the Office of Reentry and Justice to commence a request for proposals process to contract for facilitation and plan development services to assist with the update to both plans. 5.   CONSIDER accepting a verbal update on the status of certain fees assessed in the juvenile justice system and determine whether the current moratorium on the assessment and collection of those fees should be made permanent for final consideration by the Board of Supervisors.
