RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute a contract with T. Marshall Associates, LTD., in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00 for general electric and lighting repairs and maintenance, for the period from April 1, 2016 through January 31, 2019. Countywide (100% General Funds)
FISCAL IMPACT:
This cost is to be funded through Facilities Services maintenance budget. (100% General Funds)
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this contract is not approved, general electric and lighting repairs and maintenance services will be discontinued.
