Referral History:

On March 1, 2016, the County Administrator requested that the Board of Supervisors refer to the Finance Committee review of a grant application to the California Board of State and Community Corrections for the "Pay for Success" program submitted by Impact Justice, in the name of Contra Costa County, and determine whether to formally support the application as submitted.

Referral Update:

On March 3, 2016, Sia Henry from Impact Justice contacted the County Administrator's Office and asked that the referral be withdrawn as they had been informed by the Board of State and Community Corrections that their proposal would not be moving forward in the RFP process since it was submitted without the approval of the Board of Supervisors.
