RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/109 approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for minor subdivision MS07-00015, for a project being developed by Ralf E. Gester and Candi C. Gester, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by condition of approval no. 58 for minor subdivision MS07-00015.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Strormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
