RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT resignation of Auna Harris, DECLARE a vacancy in the Economic Opportunity Council Private/Non-Profit Sector Seat No.2, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by the Employment & Human Services Director.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Harris was appointed to Private/Non-profit Sector Seat No. 2 on October 15, 2013 with a term end date of June 30, 2015. She submitted her resignation from this seat effective March 6, 2015.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If not approved, the Economic Opportunity will not be able to fill the vacancy.
