RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE vacant the District 3-A seat on the Alcohol and Other Drugs Advisory Board, previously held by Carissa Carroll due to resignation, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Mary Nejedly Piepho.

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Carroll notified the Health Services Department on February 23, 2015 of her resignation to the Alcohol and Other Drugs Advisory Board.
