ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/96 accepting the Offer of Dedication - Landscape Easement for subdivision SD06-09036, Lot 508, for a project being developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II)

BACKGROUND:

The Offer of Dedication – Landscape Easement on Lot 508 (Assessor's Parcel No. 206-810-015) is required for public purposes.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication - Landscape Easement will not be recorded.
