RECOMMENDATION(S):

Approve amendment to the Rodeo Sanitary District Conflict of Interest Code to substitute the attached as said code.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The Rodeo Sanitary District has amended its conflict of interest code and submitted the revised code to the Board for approval pursuant to Government Code sections 87306 and 87306.5.

The Amendments include updated designated positions with disclosure obligations, and revised disclosure categories. These changes are shown on the red-line version of the code included as Attachment A. A clean version of the code is included as Attachment B, and the District’s Resolution adopting the revised code is included as Attachment C.
