RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPOINT Matthew Bacinskas to the Low-Income Alternate Seat on the Economic Opportunity Council, with a term end date June 30, 2016, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Director.

BACKGROUND:

Mr. Bacinskas was approved by the Economic Opportunity Council for appointment to its Low-Income Alternate Seat on February 12, 2015. The term expires on June 30, 2016. Mr. Bacinskas address is: 301 Santa Fe Ave., Richmond, CA 94801

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Economic Opportunity Council will be unable to conduct routine business.
