RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPOINT Cesar Zepeda to the Low-Income Seat No. 3 on the Economic Opportunity Council, with a term end date of June 30, 2015, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Director.

BACKGROUND:

This board order seeks to appoint Mr. Zepeda to the remainder of the term, ending June 30, 2016, for Low Income sector, Seat 3 of the Economic Opportunity Council (EOC). The EOC approved Mr. Zepeda's appointment on February 12, 2015. Mr. Zepeda's address is 1040 Suncrest Court, Richmond, CA 94806

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Economic Opportunity Council will be unable to conduct routine business.
