RECOMMENDATION(S):
Approve and Authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Health Services Department, to execute a blanket purchase order with Tully-Wihr Company, in the amount of $800,000 for forms and business cards for the Health Services Departments, for the period of April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% funding is included in Enterprise Fund I Budget.
BACKGROUND:
Tully-Wihr Company provides Contra Costa County Health Services with all forms, patient chart covers, and business cards. The County has utilized Tully-Wihr Company since 1998 for management, storage, printing, delivery and on-line tracking and ordering of all forms.
