RECOMMENDATION(S):

Approve amendments to the Conflict of Interest Code of the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa, to substitute the attached as said code.

BACKGROUND:

BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)

The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa has amended its Conflict of Interest Code and submitted the amended Code to the Board for approval, pursuant to Government Code section 87306 and 87306.5. The amended Code includes revisions to the Disclosure Categories, Exhibit B to the amended Code. The amended Code now incorporates the Fair Political Practices Commission’s model code, and future amendments to that code. Finally, the list of Designated Positions has been revised to delete old positions and add new positions. These changes are shown on the attached ‘red-line’ version of the amended Code, Attachment A. A clean version of the amended Code is attached as Attachment B.
