RECOMMENDATION(S):
- APPROVE a Lease renewal for a three year period commencing January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2011 with C. A. Lauritzen, LLC, dba Lauritzen Yacht Harbor, for approximately 1,725 square feet of office space located at 70 Lauritzen Lane, Oakley, at a rent of $1,510 per month, for continued occupancy by the Sheriff-Coroner under the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease. - AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services, or designee, to EXECUTE the Lease renewal, and to EXERCISE any options to extend the Lease.
- DETERMINE that the project is a Class 1, Section 15301 Categorical Exemption under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). CP # 08-19
