RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/90 accepting Completion of Improvements for Road Improvement Agreement # RA 06-01232 and declaring Learning Lane and the widening of Bixler Road as County roads, for project being developed by Knightsen Elementary School District, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Knightsen area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The improvements have been completed per the Road Improvement Agreement and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The roads will not be accepted into the County road system, the improvements will not be accepted as complete, and the warranty period will not begin.
