RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE vacant the District 3, Seat 2 on the Measure X Community Advisory Board previously held by David Cruise and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

None.

BACKGROUND:

The Measure X Community Advisory Board was established by the Board of Supervisors on February 2, 2021 to advise the Board of Supervisors on the use of Measure X transactions and use tax funds.
