RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County Unpaid Student Training Agreement #72-195 with University of South Florida for Its College of Public Health, an educational institution, to provide supervised field instruction at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center (CCRMC) and Contra Costa Health Centers to public health students, for the period February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2025.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This is a non-financial agreement.

BACKGROUND:

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this contract is not approved, public health students enrolled at the University of South Florida nursing program will not receive field experience and instruction at CCRMC and Contra Costa Health Centers.
