RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the Annual Report on Council on Homelessness Advisory Board itemizing the advisory body’s activities and accomplishments for 2022.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no fiscal impact for this action.

BACKGROUND:

On January 7, 2020, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2020/1, which requires that each advisory board, commission, or committee (body) to report annually to the Board on its activities, accomplishments, membership attendance, required training/certification, and proposed work plan or objectives for the following year. The attached report was reviewed and approved by the Council on Homelessness Advisory Board on January 19, 2022 and fulfills this requirement.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this report is not received, the Council on Homelessness will not meet its annual reporting requirement to the Board of Supervisors.
