1. Introductions
  Introductions were made.
             
2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
  Public comments were received from two individuals regarding using Measure X dollars to fund additional animal services.
             
3. Staff recommends approval of the Record of Action for the December 6, 2021 meeting.
  Approved as presented.

4. REVIEW draft County Policy on evaluation of joint Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts with cities within the County; PROVIDE feedback to staff and markups to proposed policy; and DETERMINE whether to forward to the full Board of Supervisors for review and adoption.
  Tim Ewell reviewed the draft County Policy on evaluation of joint Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts with cities within the County.  John Kopchik also provided an update.  There were no comments from members of the public.  Following the discussion, the Finance Committee directed staff to forward to the full Board of Supervisors for review and recommending a policy on the evaluation of Enhanced Infrastructure Financing Districts (EIFDs).  The Committee also requested that the PMA be made aware of the agenda item and date.  The item will be on the Board of Supervisors February 22, 2022 Board agenda for adoption.

  The meeting of March 7 has been cancelled.  The next regularly scheduled meeting is April 4, 2022.
