Referral History:

This is an annual Administrative Item of the Committee.

Referral Update:

Staff has proposed one change to the referrals. As seen in the attached, "Monitor and report on the eBART Project" was replaced with "Monitor and report on the East County Integrated Transit Study".

eBART is operating and stable, the East County Integrated Transit Study is looking at a potential next segment BART extension among other issues.

Recommendation(s)/Next Step(s):

Consider recommendations on referrals to the Committee for 2021, revise as necessary, and direct staff to bring the list to the full Board of Supervisors for approval.
