The Committee recommends to the Board of Supervisors the creation of an additional at-large seat on the Sustainability Commission for a County resident who works for an educational institution in Contra Costa County or a research institution located in Contra Costa County or a neighboring County. The Committee also recommends to the Board of Supervisors the appointment of alternate representatives to be appointed by each Supervisor. |
