4.   CONSIDER accepting the recommendation that the County contract with Resource Development Associates for “Facilitation and Data Analysis Services” for the Racial Justice Task Force and RECOMMEND that the Board of Supervisors authorize a contract with Resource Development Associates in the amount of $170,000 to provide facilitation and data analysis services for the Racial Justice Task force for the period February 14, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
