ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/51 accepting an Offer of Dedication – Public Utilities Easement for subdivision SD15-09302, for a project being developed by Shapell Industries Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. BACKGROUND:

The Offer of Dedication – Public Utilities Easement is requested from Shapell Industries Inc., by Pacific Gas and Electric Company to provide adequate access to their facilities.

The Offer of Dedication – Public Utilities Easement will not be recorded.
