APPOINT Jason Sampson, American Medical Response, to seat C1 – Ambulance Providers (Contra Costa contract), previously held by Leslie Mueller, with a term expiration date of September 30, 2014, as recommended by Dr. William Walker:

BACKGROUND:

The EMCC is a multidisciplinary committee appointed by the County Board of Supervisors, to provide advice and recommendations on EMS-related matters to the Board, Health Services Director and its EMS Agency. Membership consists of consumer representatives, and representatives of EMS-related organizations and groups.

Leslie Mueller, American Medical Response, resigned in November 2013 from seat C1 due to work reassignment.
