RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE Appropriations and Revenue Adjustment No. 5046 authorizing the transfer of appropriations in the amount of $23,917 from Public Defender (0243) to General Services - ISF Fleet Services (0064) for the purchase of a vehicle to support the AB109 program.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This action increases appropriations in General Services - Fleet Operations (0064) and reduces appropriations in the Office of the Public Defender (0243) by $23,917.

Assembly Bill 109 (AB 109) took effect October 1, 2011.
