RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/34 accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD04-08902, for a project developed by Discovery Builders, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact to county Funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit.

BACKGROUND:

The developer, Discovery Builders, Inc., has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and the accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin.
