RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2014/36 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to partially close a portion of Parker Avenue (south bound lanes) between San Pablo and 6th Street, on March 8, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. through 9:20 a.m., for the purpose of the Little League Opening Day Parade, Rodeo area. (District V)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
