RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/103 approving a Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for land use permit LP 08-2034 / minor subdivision MS 09-0008 (APN 184-450-037), for a project being developed by Sufism Reoriented, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by condition of approval No. 86 for land use permit LP 08-2034 / minor subdivision MS 09-0008.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
