RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/93 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Bruce Carone Paving & Grading, Inc., for the Willow Pass Road Safety Improvements - Phase 2 project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. Project No. 0662-6R4056-12

FISCAL IMPACT:

Project was funded by 86.6% Proposition 1B funds and 13.4% Transportation Development Act funds.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of January 31, 2013.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
