RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/92 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Thomas-Swan Sign Company, Inc., for the Contra Costa Centre Wayfinding System project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area. Project No. 0662-6R4106-11

FISCAL IMPACT:

Project was funded by 100% Redevelopment Agency Tax Exempt Capital Bond funds.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of February 1, 2013.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.

CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:

Not applicable.
