RECOMMENDATION(S):

Approve amendment to Appendix A to the Contra Costa Community College District’s Conflict of Interest Code to substitute the attached Appendix A to said code, as shown on the attached Record of Action from the District.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The Contra Costa Community College District has amended Appendix A to its conflict of interest code and submitted the amendment to the Board for approval pursuant to Government Code section 87306 and 87306.5. The Code has been amended to include new positions, delete positions, and revise titles of existing positions.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Contra Costa Community College District will not be in compliance with Government Code section 87306 and 87306.5.
