RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPOINT Uche Uwahemu to the Private/Non-Profit Seat 5 on the Economic Opportunity Council, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Director.

BACKGROUND:

Uche Uwahemu is appointed to Seat 5 with a termination date of June 30, 2013. Uche's address is 103 Commodore Drive, Richmond, CA 94804.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Economic Opportunity Council will find it difficult to conduct routine busines.
