Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Health Services Department, to execute a change to Purchase Order #F36194 with R-Computer, Inc., to add $1,800,000 to a new total of $2,600,000, for the purchase of Hewlett Packard personal computers, monitors, keyboards, and mice, for the period of April 15, 2011 through April 14, 2013.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This purchase is fully paid for from (a) the Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Records (E.H.R.) Incentive Program of the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and (b) the Delivery System Reform and Incentive Pool (DSRIP) funding.
