RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT resignation of Joyce Rios, DECLARE a vacancy in Local Committee, Pinole Seat on the Advisory Council on Aging, and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Employment and Human Services Director.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Rios was appointment to the Committee on November 2, 2010. Her appointment was to expire on September 30, 2012.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Advisory Council on Aging will be unable to fill this seat.
