RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/40 accepting Offer of Dedication (Public Utilities Easement) for a portion of parcel D of subdivision SD 05-09037, for a roject being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corp., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Offer of Dedication (Public Utilities Easement) is required for installation of utilities.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication (Public Utilities Easement) will not be recorded and the utilities will not be installed.
