RECOMMENDATION(S):

RECEIVE 2011 Annual Report submitted by the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council (ESMAC), as recommended by Supervisor Gioia.

None.  

BACKGROUND:

On December 16, 2008, the Board of Supervisors adopted policies for Municipal Advisory Councils requiring all MACS to submit Annual reports.

This report (attached) includes the 2011 accomplishments, speakers, and attendance of the El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council, and goals for 2012.   
  
  
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The El Sobrante Municipal Advisory Council (ESMAC) will not be in compliance with the requirement set forth in Resolution No. 2002/377.
