RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/ 52 recognizing Judy Dias on the occasion of her retirement, as recommended by the Employment and Human Services Director.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Dias began her career with the County in 1975 as an Administrative Aide working in the CETA Program. She progressed to Personnel Analyst III in 1980, Department Personnel Officer in 1990 and to Organizational and Staff Development Manager in 2003. Ms. Dias' career has been marked by numerous accolades for her significant contributions to work on behalf of the County and the Employment and Human Services Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Ms. Dias will not be recognized by the Board of Supervisors on the occasion of her retirement.
