RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/37 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Asbestos Management Group of CA, Inc., for Phase 5 of the Orbisonia Heights Redevelopment Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no impact to the County General Fund. This project is fully funded by the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of January 7, 2009, for 681 Bailey Road and 661 South Broadway Avenue in Bay Point.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
