RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/50 approving the Parcel Map for Minor Subdivision 07-00023, for project being developed by Robert A. Williamson and Susan T. Williamson as recommended by the Public Works Director, Clayton area.

None.

BACKGROUND:

The parcel map meets the requirements of the ordinance code and all applicable conditions of approval.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The parcel map will not be approved and recorded.
