RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/1 accepting Grant Deed of Development Rights (Stormwater Self-Retaining Area), for project (file DG 07-00063) being developed by Manuel Vierra, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Brentwood area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

A Grant Deed of Development Rights is necessary to ensure no development will occur within the stormwater treatment (self-retaining) areas as shown in the Stormwater Control Plan dated December 18, 2006, for Building Permit No. MI-387113.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Grant Deed of Development Rights will not be recorded.
