RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2020/319 accepting completion of landscape improvements for the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD80-06013 (Phase I), for a project being developed by SDC Delta Coves, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bethel Island area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

100% Developer Fees.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the landscape improvements per the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted, the performance/maintenance bond will not be exonerated, and the developer will not receive a refund of the cash deposit.
