The Employment Agreement of Monica Nino is amended in Section C Termination by County Without Cause, paragragh (1) to add the sentence: For purpose of this section “cash settlement” means all payments the EMPLOYEE is entitled to receive from COUNTY upon termination of employment.
APPROVED and AUTHORIZED the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to execute the amended Employment Agreement with Monica Nino to serve as Contra Costa county Administrator commencing January 4, 2021; ADOPTED Position Adjustment Resolution No. 25652 adding one County Administrator position (Exempt) in the County Administrator's Office effective January 1, 2021; and, APPROVED and AUTHORIZED the Chair to execute an amendment to the Employment Agreement between the County and David J. Twa, County Administrator, effective January 1, 2021, through March 30, 2021
