1. Welcome and Introductions

2. ACCEPT public comments on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to two minutes).

3. APPROVE the attached draft meeting record from the last meeting of the Committee

4. RECEIVE presentation of final draft of the Wilbur Avenue Corridor Short-Line Rail Study

5. RECEIVE updates from staff and/or PROVIDE direction to staff regarding Northern Waterfront Economic Development Initiative work program items

6. Adjourn to next meeting (date to be determined in 2021)

To slow the spread of COVID-19, in lieu of a public gathering, the Northern Waterfront Ad Hoc Committee meeting will be held virtually with remote access available to the public online, per Governor's Executive Order N29-20. The Ad Hoc Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend committee meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting.

Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and distributed by the County to a majority of members of the Ad Hoc Committee less than 96 hours prior to that meeting, if any, along with staff reports related to open session items on the agenda are also accessible on line at www.co.contra-costa.ca.us.
