RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/658 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Pacific Infrastructure Construction LLC, for the Tara Hills Pedestrian Infrastructure Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Pablo area. County Project No. 0662-6R4211 (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

The Project was funded by Local Road Fund 82%; Measure J Fund 9.8%; Transportation Development Act Grant Fund 8.2%.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of October 24, 2019.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
