RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE a lease amendment with MG Garden View Apartments L.P., Rancho Pointe Apartments L.P., and Malibu Terrace Apartments L.P., for 2,674 square feet of office space at 11780 San Pablo Avenue, Suite D, El Cerrito, for occupancy by District 1 Supervisor, at a monthly rent of $5,886 with 3% annual increases, including tenant improvements and replace Exhibit B with Exhibit B-1, and extend the term from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2024.
AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the lease amendment on behalf of Contra Costa County, and any renewal options under the terms and conditions set forth in the lease.
