RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/653 accepting completion of improvements for subdivision SD87-06844, for a project being developed by Seclusion Development Group, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Lafayette area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No Fiscal Impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements, will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin.
